Our Mission

Mujian was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges global majority artists—particularly the Asian community—face in the UK theatre industry. As a group of practitioners ourselves, we’ve experienced the struggle of limited access and visibility. Through this platform, we aim to offer support, networks, and real-world opportunities that open doors and build lasting careers.
